Appauling made my natural nails so sore started chipping after 2 days, went back to repair them then started chipping again, gave up in the end

Unfortunately won’t be returning, waited from 9:30 just to get my toes done. 3 ladies put before me so couldn’t wait any longer. I understand some people have appointments and I’m happy to wait as somebody who didn’t book but it would nice to be made aware of that.

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to, here’s mine and my friends nails, it was the technicians first time doing mushrooms and she smashed it! 10/10

Customer service starts from the time a customer enters the door. Even though I booked an appointment at 11.30, they have kept me waiting for over 30 minutes. If you are not going to work on a appointment based, then why offer appointments. Don't get me wrong the work they do is great, however in terms of customer service they are really poor. They need to treat customers better as the customers are paying for a service and that includes not to be kept waiting!!! What a disgrace.

Been served by Jack his service was amazing, doesn’t speak English bear in mind not everyone is the same. But he did my nails so well to the point I can’t keep looking at them. Dark pink isn’t my all time favourite colour but these I’m obsessed with so I would go again

Ooo absolutely loved the service provided, hot drink and lovely music followed by a soft touch whilst getting my medi & pedi. Lovely staff with great attention to detail, most definitely my go to nail spa :)
