Staff there are rude and abrupt, not very helpful at all I shall not be banking with them. Thanks for nothing.

Went in on Saturday to open an account in an emergency due to forthcoming hospital stay. Was dealt with by a fantastic lady called Beverly who was polite, efficient and very customer focused sorted me out. A worry less for me thank you so much highly recommended! Xx

I always get help if i need it i also get help from the phone helpline which i use quite a bit due 2 disabity
