Went in today to print a couple of photos of my parents, the lovely lady (didn't get name) was really helpful and even put the photos in my frames for me and cleaned them.. all this for just a £1.70 sale. Excellent customer service

Customer service use to be good , the last time I visited felt unwelcome ignored after the staff served customers coming into the shop and just left me standing there, when I commented on her attitude I never received a reply. Anyway I have found someone where else that provides good costumer service they can go to hell.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Booked for photo shoot at chelmsley wood for my son and daughter. The girls went above and beyond brilliant customer services so patient with the children and the photos were fantastic. Highly recommend we will be returning :)

Great service, There was a queue when I arrived & the sales assistant was on her own, which didn't faze her. She dealt with everyone in turn and was very friendly and professional. She printed me some documents exactly how I wanted them. At a great price too. Thank you 😊

I am sorry I didn't get the girls name that served me this morning in the chelmsley wood shopping centre but I can only say CLERK0111 (From receipt) what an amazing customer service I received from her. I went in for passport photos and I left having my passport on order and my old one in the post. Thank you so much CLERK0111 you are a real credit to your company

After attempting to obtain passport photos from 3 other places we tried this shop and we are so happy we did, Grace the lady working there was lovely and friendly, customer service was really on point and she gave us passport photos, simple and quick. We will be using their facilities again should we need any photography products etc, thanks again!

Had great service from one of the Workers names Grace Scriven. She was lovely she welcomed me with a smile and saw I needed help with the photo printer and directed me through how to use it. I saw the way she helped others while helping me. So if you go there grace is the best!!!
